Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction. Players who are residents of the Philippines may also seek recourse through the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) mediation service for consumer-related matters.
nustra.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
